Our Story
We first crossed paths back in 2021 as friends, grappling with post-Covid HR. Despite working with companies globally, we shared the common pain point of seeing new managers and founders consistently underprepared to build strong teams and cultures. The more we talked, the more we realized there was this gap in getting leaders educated on HR best practices from the ground up.
That's what inspired us to join forces and create a community dedicated to developing people-first leadership skills. Because let's face it - once you get the people piece right, that's when the magic really happens for an organization.
Our Approach
We have a seat at the table - now we need to ensure we level up, as a whole community. There's enough and more gatekeeping we've all dealt with, in different phases of life. This space helps upskill every manager, founder, leader into a 'better' version of themselves. Slowly, Sustainably. 💎👐
