I'm a dog mom and a passionate advocate for women’s autonomy. Growing up, I became the first woman in my family to pursue advanced education and enter the workforce. I aspire to be the HR superhero I wished I had when I started working.
From tackling intense business units in my first role as a business partner to developing playbooks for modern HRBPs worldwide, my approach to work is focused on data, impact, and collaboration. With a background as the CHRO for a multinational solutions provider, leading initiatives in leadership development, cultural integration, and strategic HR transformation across nine countries, I've gained invaluable insights into the realm of PeopleOps. This, coupled with experiences in organizations of varied scales, only deepens my curiosity and passion for the field.
I constantly challenge myself to explore new industries, from political consultancies to India’s leading logistics companies, and from the unorganized fashion sector to innovative independent creators. Whether coaching a social media influencer or scaling a startup to 1000 employees in a year, I thrive on variety and challenge.
My personal mission is to unlock people’s potential and bring clarity into their lives, and my work with 'att' provides me with the platform to do so. As a repeat entrepreneur and co-founder of a community for women entrepreneurs, I'm dedicated to helping them build, grow, and scale their businesses.
Hola, I'm Aanchal
Hey there 👋
I'm Mitasha, a W-I-P on most things in life! My recent rabbitholes (like most millennials!) include plants, performance art, startups, food, gender representation & neurodiversity.
I have been an operator, investor & now look forward to a stint as an entrepreneur to complete the trifecta of my roles in the workspace. My interest in psycho social dynamics led me to pursue many roles in People Ops, where I was fortunate to have been mentored directly by business heads & CEOs. This led to an appreciation of balancing all stakeholder interests, & better empathy for the conflicts that execs solve for, with limited information and resources.
I've been featured in one of the world’s top 5 Talent communities (Recruiting BrainFood) about my struggles with battling an autoimmune disorder & have been the only Indian Head of People to be published in the critically appreciated book Redefining HR. My thesis on People Ops frameworks stem from first principles & I champion authentic, founder led cultures.
My personal mission is to make Mondays suck less & I wish to play an integral role in setting higher benchmarks for the People function within the world of Indian startups, as the ecosystem matures. Through ‘att’, I hope to leverage my understanding of diverse industries & macro talent movements to create transparent, financially informed, future-proof work styles.
