What is a Cohort Based Workshop?

We combine the benefits of a cohort based course (a program that allows a group of learners to move through a course in sections, simultaneously) and a workshop (a program with interactive meetings in which a group of people go through a series of activities to achieve a learning goal or solve a problem).
Why do we foresee a need for the Cohort Based Workshops?

Typical cohort based learning is centered around instructional design whereas we have consciously designed our programs to create focus on the learner's journey. Our programs address the needs for context, compliance, communication & feedback by pairing asynchronous & synchronous methods of learning. Our follow-up timelines are detailed to allow habit formation & processing information through repetition & reinforcement. The non-nerdy version: you learn, practice, jam with others, share specific problems on our 1:1, rinse & repeat for 4 weeks so your chances of making intentional changes increase exponentially.
How do I book a 1:1 consultation mentioned in the program?

A link to block time will be made available once our program begins & we will be in touch with everyone who registers.
Will I get a certificate of completion?

Yes, a digital certificate of completion will be issued post completion of the program.
Are session recordings available?

No, we have intentionally not included that as part of the program. We will share a lot of resources through the weeks, but would encourage you to attend the live session(s).
Are there any offers/discounts on more than 1 signup?

What payment methods are accepted at the site?

We accept all payment methods: Cards, UPI, Netbanking, & Wallets at this point. In case you face any issues, write to us for a reply within 2 working days (support@allthingstalent.in).
What is the refund policy?

At this point, we will not be able to offer any refunds. In unforeseen situations/emergencies, sessions will be rescheduled if cancelled on the scheduled dates, by us & refunds will be initiated if we are unable to conduct them.
